Nichole Dandrea-Russert, MS, RDN has been a dietitian nutritionist for 22 years with a focus on plant-based nutrition and women’s health. She has also specialized in diabetes education, sports nutrition and prenatal nutrition. In 2009, she launched Nicobella Organics, a vegan lifestyle company that creates vegan chocolates and snacks made with healing plant-based ingredients. She uses Nicobella as a platform to educate and inspire people to eat more plant-based foods and donates a portion of sales to animal rescues. Nichole has also been an Ashtanga yoga student since 1999 and has been teaching yoga since 2005. Currently, she teaches power and yin yoga throughout Atlanta. In her downtime, Nichole and her husband, Ricky, have fun creating vegan meals in their kitchen and hope to finalize their vegan recipe book some day!
