What do you plan to sell or promote at Atlanta Veg Fest?
Help us spread the message of compassion in our community by not selling or promoting any literature or products that could be construed as racist, sexist, homophobic, sizest or discriminatory in any way.
If you are a restaurant, bakery or other type of food manufacturer, food will need to be cooked/prepared at your certified facility prior to the event. You are welcome to bring hot plates, toaster ovens, etc. for use at your table, but we are unable to provide kitchen/preparation space or equipment. Absolutely no food may be cooked/prepared on site. Will you be selling food at Atlanta Veg Fest?
If you plan to sell food, are you willing and able to provide documented proof of your certified facility if asked to do so?
Do you agree to set up during the setup time of 7:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. the morning of the event?
Do you agree to keep your booth set up and staffed through the entire event, until 5 p.m.?
Do you intend to have enough products to sell through the duration of the event, making arrangements to have more products delivered to your booth as necessary?
By checking "I agree," you are acknowledging your understanding of the duration of time required, and you agree to have your booth remain active and available to attendees from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. during the event.
All food and products sold at Atlanta Veg Fest must be vegan. By checking "I agree", you are acknowledging that everything you plan to sell or promote at this event will be manufactured in a certified facility and will be completely free of animal ingredients including but not limited to: meat, cheese, milk, butter, eggs, honey, beeswax, et al. All products must also be considered cruelty-free (not tested on animals). Submitting this registration form does not guarantee participation, and registration is not complete until payment is received in full. Atlanta Veg Fest will not hold unpaid booth space, and space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Atlanta Veg Fest reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel an existing registration of any company or organization that we feel does not fit within our mission to educate our community on a vegan lifestyle.
